Dance Team

What: A Beginner Dance team for ages 4 to 7 yrs of age.

Why: To give students a chance to prepare for more advanced teams in the future. A stepping stone to being a well rounded dancer. To be on a team with other girls.

Requirements: Sign a commit contract for one year.

Dance Requirements: Take the Petite princess dance class (Tap/Jazz) on Mondays from 4:00 to 4:45pm, and a 4:45-5:30pm Petite Ballet class.
Dancers will compete in 2 competition in the spring. Date will be given out in September.

Financial Requirements: Two dance classes each month, competition entry fees, company costume fee (approx. $ 120), Jacket or sweatshirt, and shirt (approx. $20).

If you miss more than 2 days in the summer or 4 days a semester during the school year, you must take 30 minute privates to get you caught up.

Why: To give students a chance to prepare for more advanced teams in the future. A stepping stone to being a well rounded dancer. To be on a team with other girls.

Requirements: Selected by the dance staff based on ability and focus, sign a commit contract for one year June –May.

Dance Requirements: Take the Divas dance class on Tuesdays 4:45pm-5:30pm, a Diva ballet class Tuesday 5:30pm-6:15pm and Diva Tap on Thursday.
Dancers will compete in 3 competitions in the spring. Dance Convention Dates will be given out in September.

Financial Requirements: Three dance classes each month, competition entry fees, company costume fee (approx. $ 120), Warmup (approx. $ 150) Dance bag optional (approx. $40), and recital shirt (approx. $30). You may use warmup and bag from previous Diva Year.

If you miss more than 2 days in the summer or 4 days a semester during the school year, you must take 30 minute privates to get you caught up.

What: A Dance team for ages 8 to 12 yrs of age.

Why: To give students a chance to prepare for more advanced teams in the future. A stepping stone to being a well rounded dancer. To be on a team with other girls.

Requirements: Sign a commit contract for one year.

Dance Requirements: Take the Protégé ballet class 5:30-6:15pm, and 6:15-7:00pm dance class (Tap/Jazz) on Mondays.
Dancers will compete in 2 competition in the spring. Date will be given out in September.

Financial Requirements: Two dance classes each month, competition entry fees, company costume fee (approx. $ 120), Jacket or sweatshirt, and shirt (approx. $20).

What: A Dance team for ages 13 and Up of age

Why: To give students a chance to prepare for advanced teams. To be on a team with other girls.

Requirements: Sign a 1 year Contract June-May

Dance Requirements: Take the Sr dance class on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00pm, Sr ballet class Tuesday 8:00-9:00pm and one other class of your choosing (example: Musical theatre, lyrical, tumbling….)
Dancers will compete in 2 competitions in the spring. 1 Dance Convention for the year, we will fundraise for it. Dates will be given out in September.

Financial Requirements: Three dance classes each month, competition entry fees, company costume fee (approx. $ 120), Warmup (approx. $ 150), Dance bag (approx. $40), and recital shirt (approx. $30). You may use same warmup and dance bag from previous Sr. Co. Year.

If you miss more than 2 days in the summer or 4 days a semester during the school year, you must take a 30 minute privates to get caught up for each day missed beyond the allotted amount.
